Fully versed in CRM, DMS (Reynolds) and process in all departments. I have the expertise at developing and maintaining relationships with Customers, employees and finance companies. I truly enjoy all parts of the dealership and take great pride in my ability to achieve knowledge in new fields and develope the process to be successful.

Dealership did not have a BDC department. Started it from scratch, trained with Proactive and within 1 month the dealership had its first CRM system and a complete and fruitful BDC Department.
