• Managing Head Office & London Showroom. Responsible for hiring, training and mentoring the Showroom Assistants, developing and implementing Company processes (e.g., new US shipping system) and pricing.• Client management. Managing both established and new client relations, as well as creatively assisting clients with the Claremont collections on their own design work & schemes.• Supply chain management. Implementing and producing sales reports, working with warehouse managers on stock levels, ordering new stock and managing lead times from suppliers when required. • Product development. Development of new textile designs with Director. Identifying and sourcing new fabric suppliers. • Press Contact supplying the international press with information, sampling and images as required. • Visual Merchandising. Creating colour schemes, displays for London Showroom.

• Account management. Setting up and developing relationships with both new and established client accounts, through creative as well as administrative support. • Account administration. Accurate and timely fulfilment of all purchase orders from clients and other showrooms using Sage. • Collection editing. Collaborative input in the creation of new fabrics.
