My role at Eurofins involves overseeing the processing and reconciliation of 32 separate company payrolls, paying in excess 2000 employees. My team also process 800 employees expenses payments.I control the company group pension, group life and income protection schemes, together with benefits including private health assurance, childcare voucher, cycle to work schemes and benefits portal. I also assist with the sponsorship arrangements of Inter Company and overseas individuals.It's a challenging and exciting role, embracing constant change due to regular acquisitions. Dealing with colleagues at all levels within the UK and also point of contact for our colleagues based at our head office based Luxembourg, as well as globally for the UK.
