Previously stood up and managed IT help desk in support of an enterprise learning management system, gaining a first-hand look at the importance of the implementation and careful consideration of User Experience (UX). Motivated to make a difference through the understanding that there is, generally, a severe lack of empathy for end-users in standard software development practices. Strong advocate for ending the cycle of dissatisfaction that I've only seen broken through the diligent application of one methodology.
