The first decade of my professional life has taken me around the world, producing events and experiences from the backwoods of Rothbury, Michigan, to the beaches of Cancun, Mexico and the deserts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. What started as a passion for music and a belief in the transformative power of live events evolved into a career working with legendary promoters like AEG and Goldenvoice, collaborating with iconic brands like NASA and Procter & Gamble, and partnering with artists such as The Grateful Dead, Mumford & Sons, and Chance the Rapper.I started from the ground up - literally - organizing the Electric Forest Festival lost & found on the floor of the old Madison House office in Boulder, and hanging posters for my brother's band along Pearl St on my way home.Those early days in live events taught me resilience and adaptability. Through that immersive, hands-on experience, I discovered a natural affinity for project management and team leadership, thriving in high-stakes environments that demand problem-solving and strategic thinking on the fly. When the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily took out live events, I pivoted to support an ambitious young tech startup. I helped build a fan-engagement mobile app from its early stages, offering artists, fans and brands a new way to connect when in-person experiences weren't possible. This honed my skills in guiding teams, navigating stakeholders, working with brands and events of all shapes and sizes, while balancing multiple priorities in a constantly shifting startup environment.Through all of that, I have become a resilient, collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with a keen eye for detail. I have a proven ability to nurture high-level relationships, guide teams through uncertain situations, successfully navigate competing stakeholder priorities, lead project execution and produce memorable events in a seamless and organized fashion. I'm passionate about inspiring people and exceeding expectations through creativity, strategy, strong communication and a people-first approach....and I have fun doing it!
