• Oversee all financial transactions and records as well as manage accounting activities of the group.• Generate financial statements, budgetary reports, and forecasts.• Lead a team of three accounting professionals, provide direction and ensure high level of performance.• Prepare and manage VAT and Social Security matters with respect to accounting standards and tax regulations specific to Saudi Arabia.• Prepare standards costing, and set selling prices according to margins.• Collaborate liaise effectively with various departments and team members.• Work closely with external auditors.

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll and general ledger.• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.• Review monthly bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and address issues.• Conduct supplier account reconciliations.• Manage the inventory, and the asset valuation.• Prepare payroll, and income tax payments.• Maintain fixed asset records.• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

• Assist in the daily recording of financial transactions, including bookings.• Issue customer invoices, monitor payment receipts, and follow up on overdue accounts.• Process vendor invoices, verify billing details, and facilitate payments.• Conduct bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
