Legislative Director, Tribal Liaison, and Small Business Liaison for OMWBE. Provides strategic legislative direction and performs external relations for the agency. Oversees communications strategy as supervisor to the Agency Communications Coordinator.

Managed accounts payable and receivable as well as constituent relations; assisted with special projects such as the Climate Action Team; reviewed, edited, drafted and transmitted ordinances from the Executive to the King County Council; and assisted with the preparation of public records requests responses.

Served as the temporary assistant to the Chief of Staff, Kurt Triplett, for the King County Executive. Managed project tracking, assisted with scheduling and correspondence, prepared public records requests, and handled various administrative tasks.

Served as a representative for the Senator at public functions and constituent meetings; researched issues and prepared subject files; tracked bills; engaged in constituent relations, including phone calls and written correspondence, on behalf of the Senator; supervised the office intern; and managed the Senator's calendar along with meeting preparation and briefing.

I held numerous retail and customer service positions from 1999 through 2006 while attending high school and college. These positions gave me a great amount of early experience working with others in a multitude of capacities and have served me well in my interpersonal relationships in my professional career.
