During my career at PwC I worked across a variety of industries in restructuring and turnaround mandates. I have experience of working globally and can adapt to new environments quickly.Since joining the Market Oversight team at CQC I have monitored the financial sustainability of c.20 large Adult Social Care providers, and worked with senior stakeholders at those organizations to address potential risks. I developed the Market Oversight data analysis platform from scratch, including creating a data extraction tool, building a Power BI data model, designing interactive reports, dashboards and automation of workflows using Power Platform tools. This has saved my team of 10 the equivalent of one FTE position and enabled additional comparative analysis for use both internally and by wider Government stakeholders. I am passionate about Data and Insight, and the vast potential of the Power Platform to improve productivity and drive intelligence led decision making.
