-Serve as the primary AAA Ohio Auto Club spokesperson.-Effectively communicate the AAA Ohio Auto Club positioning and activities to the media, AAA Ohio Auto Club members and the community at large to enhance the image and reputation of the company.-Respond to media requests for information related to consumer-oriented stories on travel, insurance, financial and automotive-related topics, and on company issues, policies and statements.-Plan and implement publicity initiatives including news releases, special events and press conferences.-Facilitate media coaching for executive staff and other internal respondents.-Provide necessary information and/or materials to store managers, sales and service, to help them effectively communicate AAA Ohio Auto Club's activities and issues to enhance the store's image within their local communities.-Create productive, cost-effective internal public relations programs to enhance both the company image and communications to and among employees. -Provide public relations support to AAA Ohio Auto Club stores and staff as necessary.
