Excel• Worked extensively with spreadsheets, to match potential new members going through recruitment, with active members in the sorority, based off of their interests, major, hometown and how fit they were to be a future member.Leadership• Led a committee of women working together analyze profiles, comments to best match active members and potential new members, for each new day and round of recruitment.
