I`m passionate about communication and change. Changes are very fast nowadays. I strongly believe that most of them give us many opportunities, but we are not always able to see them. Operating on a deeply-rooted autopilot, we operate on the basis of old proven schemes that do not allow us to go beyond our own limits. Based on the latest research in neuroscience, I support clients in the process of switching from autopilot to full takeover.My career is related to broadly understood communication. It started in 2003 at Kompania Piwowarska SABMiller plc where I was responsible for product communication, media relations and CSR activities.The next stage was work in the CEDC Group, where thanks to independent decision making I improved skills such as the implementation of new communication methods and crisis management.In the ROVESE Group, in turn, I created, among others image strategy for the group in the CEE region.As the head of communication at the pharmaceutical company Teva, I used my experience, leading projects both locally and internationally.Along with making the decision to leave Poland, I made other, very important life decisions. Living first in Prague and then in Bucharest, I decided to develop my passion combining it with many years of experience. This is how Mind Performance Lab was created.
