During my internship, I efficiently processed 40 work orders and service calls in NCMMS for the Rice, Bricker, and Kinneary Federal buildings, ensuring smooth operations. I worked closely with tenants, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to resolve issues promptly. I also took part in pre-proposal conferences for the TSA Dayton project and pre-construction walk-through for the NARA CCTV project. My responsibilities included conducting thorough building and landscaping inspections and verifying COR certificates in the LMT System. Additionally, I facilitated IT repairs by escorting technicians and ensuring the successful repair of the PIV card antenna, as well as registering and submitting forms for 15 PIV cards to EPACS.
