As CEO of HSBC Alternatives, I work with my teams across Europe, the US and Asia to offer a range of investment opportunities from alternative credit through hedge funds and private equity, to transition infrastructure and growth opportunities.I have almost 40 years’ experience in investment across equities, fixed income, multi asset and alternatives for large global managers including HSBC Asset Management, AXA Investment Management and ABN AMRO Asset Management. I’m an experienced board advisor, currently serving as an Executive Director for HSBC Asset Management’s global board and a Founder Member for the Diversity Project.I’m passionate about creating career opportunities for women in asset management, building inclusion and social mobility pathways in the workplace, and am a proud Ally and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
