Program delivery and experience for the Institute for Coaching Mastery. Develop and deliver exceptional customer service for students inside a 12-month course container. Ensure students are fully supported to achieve certification success through the delivery of course materials, communication, and customer support processes. Hire/onboard and manage a team of 16 mentor coaches and student support team members who lead and coach students. Lead the program team to implement processes around certification, grading, exams, setting up 4-8 live calls per week, student inbox support, Facebook group management, delivery of bonuses and 1:1 coaching. Plan + execute yearly student retreat event. Develop processes for surveying students for continuous improvement, incentivizing and gamifying students for increased engagement, and gathering and analyzing data around attendance and engagement to strategize program improvements.
