Led a cross-functional team of supply chain experts to qualify and risk assess third-party materials for use in data center products following the CQATS (cost, quality, availability, technology, and sustainability) methodology. Worked with the team to ensure that all associated risks were fully mitigated in preparation for product launch. Utilized model-based problem solving techniques to tackle manufacturing and quality issues that arose in mass production.

Engaged in the design, execution, and interpretation of statistically-driven experiments to satisfy process engineering specifications. Liaised with suppliers and contractors to ensure optimal functioning of process equipment and to troubleshoot/mitigate equipment issues that arise.

Utilized a sand chromatography column to investigate the migratory response of chemotactic bacteria to concentration gradients of chemicals via both experimental and transport modeling techniques.2. Presented research work in multiple conferences such as the American Institute of Chemical Engineers Annual Meeting (November, 2016) and the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting (December, 2015)3. Participated in short course in "Protein Chromatography – Engineering Fundamentals and Measurements for Process Development and Scale-up". Course was directed by Prof. Giorgio Carta.4. Administered office hours, discussion sessions, laboratory sessions, a few lectures, and course grading. Courses included Transport Processes, Mass Transfer, and Ordinary Differential Equations.5. Explored various methods of synthesizing antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) to optimize the production process. ADCs are used for cancer therapy. Communicated research findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Performed design of experiments to determine optimum conditions under which hybridoma cells thrive in chemically defined serum-free media, for the purpose of studying the cell cycle and apoptosis

1. Developed high throughput cell culture methods for the optimization of monoclonal antibody production in CHO cells (NIH INBRE research intern).2. Developed a mathematical model to establish the effect of ammonia on the glycosylation patterns of monoclonal antibodies produced by CHO cells (McNair/UUS and HHMI research scholar).
