During my 20+ year career in management consulting I have worked with some of the world’s largest organisations – across consumer products, media, professional services and telecommunications in the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 – to transform and optimise their operating models and back-office functions on a global scale. My specialism is helping clients change their ways of working to achieve better business outcomes. I am passionate about creating sustainable change for the long term. This means that I focus on how to deliver transformation through cultural change as well as solution implementation. As I have worked as an an interim contractor in industry; an internal consultant within my own organisation and as an external consultant to clients, I have a strong understanding and empathy as to what it really takes to make change happen.My contribution was recognised by the industry when I was awarded ‘Strategic Leader of the Year’ in 2017 by the Global Sourcing Association in the UK.
