I am a highly experienced beauty therapist, working within industry for 10 years, including in Spas, beauty salons and most recently in a medical clinic. I hold an HND in Beauty Therapy and am a positive outgoing person with a genuine desire to help others.  Over my extensive career, I have delivered a full range of professional beauty services (including specialist electrolysis and laser treatments) working alongside medical staff in the delivery of services to clients including the NHS. I have undertaken a supervisory role, including stock and diary management and have been an on-site trainer in laser and electrolysis services.  Additionally, I led on sales advertising, customer care, dispute resolution and coordination of building/equipment repair and maintenance. I have held numerous customer facing roles, offering high quality services and am looking to progress into a leadership role in the future.
