This involved liaising with colleagues specialising in CEFM across the organisation and undertaking extensive research on the issue to ensure the brief reflected current evidence and best practices • Managed an external team of consultants from a university MSc programme to undertake research on mental health services for survivors of SGBV in humanitarian settings

• Coordinated the development of resources to support Together and its members to advocate for children’s rights in Scotland and the UK. This included consultation repsonses and member briefings providing a child’s rights perspective to proposed policies and laws, including submitting responses to the Scottish Parliament, Scottish Government and UK Government. • Worked with Together’s Director to develop, write and publish the State of Children’s Rights in Scotland reports 2016-2018. • Represented Together at a range of roundtables, meetings and groups to ensure children’s rights are considered in decision-making processes. This included Scottish Government’s ‘Getting it Right for Every Child’ Third Sector Group and the First Minister’s Advisory Group on Women and Girls ‘Circle’ events. • Led on Together’s input to different UN process, including Scotland’s shadow report to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) ahead of their review of the UK.• Deputised for Together’s Director when she was unable to attend meetings with decision-makers and/or Together members.
