Capital6 Eagle is a $50M fund focused on web3 start-ups from pre-seed to series B. My responsibilities include:• SOURCING: Attend and speak at networking events and conferences to expand the reach of the fund and identify potential investment opportunities. Collaborate with other investors in the space to share deal flow, and engage actively with web3 communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.• DUE DILIGENCE: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, evaluating their product-market fit, analyzing their financial statements and business models, and assessing their viability and profitability potential.• NEGOTIATION: Support the negotiation of deal terms and structures to secure favorable outcomes for the fund and it's investors.• VALUE CREATION: Work closely with portfolio company founders and management teams to identify areas for growth and improvement, and provide operational and strategic support to create value for the fund's investments.• INVESTOR RELATIONS: Develop and execute investor communications, including regular updateson portfolio company progress and targeted presentations to existing and potential investors.Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective LPs, building trust and rapportthrough clear communication, timely follow-up, and strategic outreach.• FUNDRAISING: Engage in fundraising activities and effectively communicate the investment strategy and value proposition of the fund to potential limited partners (LPs). Plan and organize investor events, such as networking gatherings, dinners, and happy hour mixers to build relationships with prospective LPs.Notable portfolio companies include: LedgerX, Math Wallet, Vesper, Claim, Blockfills, and XX Network
