I am responsible for setting the strategy for Gift Card sales in our shops and online. I continuously develop plans to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme putting the customer at the heart of every decision. I manage the marketing calendar for gift cards, identifying the opportunity and producing the brief. My role includes contract management, negotiation, supplier management and sales growth.

In this role I was responsible for creating a Marketing strategy for John Lewis for Business. Primarily working on the Gift Card programme, I developed a calendar of activity to support our budget ambition. Working closely with the category lead, I shaped the activity to target new business whilst growing income from our base of most loyal clients. In a fast moving proposition, I was agile to market changes and regularly reviewing and implementing new processes to support change. Brand management was key to this role, as I ensured that our brand was represented correctly across all channels and remaining true to our company values.

My role included sales reporting, team management, creating new and identifying process improvements, PCI compliance.
