I started my career at Tibbs Paving in 2019 as an Accounts Payable Specialist rejoining the work force after 10 years as a stay at home mom. My wealth of experience in Accounting and a keen eye for detail elevated me to Accounting Manager within a few months. In August 2020, I was promoted to my current role as Business Manager. I'm dedicated to establishing, managing and improving the finance and administration processes within my departments. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and will be pursuing certifications in H.R. and Accounting. Outside of work, I enjoying spending time with my husband George and our two children. From family game nights to taking trips, the fun never ends! Though I have worked in the construction industry before, this is my first time in the paving industry. Working at Tibbs Paving has brought me a fresh challenge.
