I am a creative, team-oriented professional with ten years of experience working with diverse groups to develop equitable educational programming. My skills within project design and management, data analysis, strategic planning, training, finances and budgeting have helped to empower individuals and groups to create & enact programs that address endemic educational challenges within their communities. My ability to communicate across various channels, and create productive collaborative partnerships, have helped these groups raise awareness of their educational challenges at both the federal and state level.As a collaborator & project manager, I brought together grassroots, state & federal actors, via web based systems (Zoom, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Virtual Peer Networks, etc.), to create community solutions and initiatives for their schools. An example of such efforts was my work co-creating and implementing 6 tribal language summits in 4 different states to address the need for tribal language & culture implementation in educational settings.My data analytic skills - both qualitative & quantitative - resulted in 4M of federal funds being awarded for Tribal College and University Head Start partnership grants which assisted Head Start teachers with furthering their education and receiving their degrees. I effectively managed a 1.8 million dollar grant with zero audit findings by creating and implementing comprehensive budgets, meticulous pipeline & fund tracking mechanisms, and timely annual federal financial reports. I also produced high quality deliverables (work plans, budget narratives, project status reports) to ensure all funders & individuals involved with our work were updated in a timely manner. I am currently living in Germany and am looking for remote positions within the US, or local positions within the Stuttgart region, that will allow me to use my skills as a project manager and collaborator within the federal or non-profit arena.My current location allows me the ability to communicate with international programs within MENA & Europe in real time and also complete work tasks prior to when team mates in the United States would begin their work day.
