• Proactively supporting the largest Commercial Property company in the UK with their Surface Pro roll-out and introduction of Microsoft Office 365 on Windows 10. • The company are upgrading technology to Surface Pros and implementing Microsoft Office 365. They are also replacing telephony systems with Skype for Business. I am part of a team of trainers brought in to ensure the smooth transition and adoption of new technology. • The role involves Change Management with a huge Head Office relocation, enabling new ways of working and enabling a companywide behaviour change. • My role involves configuring Surface Pro 4 devices; configuring Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft Outlook. Also responsible for pairing device with Surface Pen hardware, and training on the Surface Hubs. As well as ongoing In-house group training support for Surface Pro, Microsoft OneNote , Microsoft One Drive and Skype for Business. I also train on downloading and using the relevant apps on mobile phones.• I created the training material for the courses, involving presentations, script's, QRGs and videos. We created a microsite to host the material in an easy to use way to encourage self learning. I also schedule the sessions to ensure all staff had the opportunity of face to face training.• From VIP sessions to PA sessions, Q&A drop ins, remote support and on site regional training. This project has been a huge success at Head Office and we are now rolling out to all of the regions.

I was responsible for executing all display and creative advertising partnerships to achieve a personal annual budget of £1.7m and a team annual budget of £7.2 million.I also worked on briefs with other teams in Bauer, including Editorial, Cross Media and Mobile, to provide the most effective media solution for our agencies and clients. This role gave me invaluable experience of how media owners and agencies work and also meant I had an extensive network of contacts on both sides at all levels.
