It facilitates change from the inside out, enabling leaders to focus on what is really important and expand their perspective.TLEX is a program delivered by IAHV, an international entity, headquartered in Geneva. It is an NGO in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. The national chapters of IAHV work in close collaboration with each other, and have done so since the founding of IAHV in Switzerland in 1997. IAHV is truly a growing international movement, not merely an organization.
