Pure Resourcing Solutions offer recruitment services for public and private companies mainly in East Anglia and with some clients across the UK. Established in 2002, we specialise in end-to-end recruitment and retention solutions for Marketing, Accountancy, Office, HR and Executive markets. As well as providing a range of additional services including assessment centres, testing, training, salary benchmarking and coaching.After graduating in Cambridge with a BA Hons in English, Joanna began her career working within the Public Relations and Marketing sector where she gained significant experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with both clients and the media. After three years in this area she then went on to spend a year discovering the world before returning to the UK and a role within recruitment. Joanna joined Pure Resourcing Solutions HR Division in June 2008 after spending four years within a national agency, recruiting permanent office support staff. Here she was responsible for recruiting permanent and temporary HR and senior administrative professionals across Cambridge and Peterborough. She then successfully managed the Cambridge Finance Temporary desk recruiting finance professionals across all industries and later implemented and managed the Marketing Recruitment Division in Cambridge. In 2018 Joanna moved across to the Learning and Development team at Pure where she was working across multiple locations to business-partner with managers, offering learning and development solutions in line with office business plans and the organisation's strategic goals.More recently Joanna has moved across to lead the Resourcing Team at Pure, the team support all roles across Cambridge, Ipswich, Norwich and Chelmsford within Finance, Office, HR, Marketing and IT.
