I have consulted with organisations in the public, private, and not for profit sectors to assist them in improving their policies and understanding of issues relating to gender in the workplace. I present, develop and facilitate workshops and training on various issues relating to diversity, inclusion, and gender equity. I write strategic plans for gender equity, applying an evidence based approach and drawing on the latest scholarship and practice. I am also available to research and create products that centre on women's representation and empowerment. Notable recent clients include the Australian Services Union, the ABC, the Office of the Honourable Dr Andrew Leigh MP, and the YWCA. • Stay up to date in all research and legislation affecting gender equity and representation; • Conduct organisation specific research and analysis to provide individualised content; • Create practicable recommendations / reports for a wide audience; • Present concepts relating to gender equity and representation in an engaging and meaningful manner.I am often asked to give my expertise to print, radio, and television media. I have been featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, Radio National, Triple J Hack, ABC News, and many more.

My thesis focuses on the relationship between women as Head of Government, cognition, and language. This thesis seeks to investigate the philosophical problem of enduring inequality at high levels of political leadership. I take a closer look at the language we use when we talk about women in political leadership and what it can reveal about the problem. I address gaps in the empirical research around the political exits of women executives. I hope to illuminate trends and inconsistencies across women in executive political leadership.
