As the Senior Program Manager, I manage complex solution delivery projects and the development of products. I aid leadership in developing, training, guiding, encouraging, and tracking the growth of Arbory Digital personnel.Responsibilities Include:Strategic Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior management, business leaders, and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful program delivery.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.Budget Oversight: Develop and manage program budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and constraints.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to maintain the highest level of performance and reliability in program deliverables.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other business units, to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.Communication: Facilitate effective communication and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of project status, milestones, and key decisions.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes, methodologies, and tools
