I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Music Therapist based in the Orlando and Central Florida area. I utilize a multi-lens approach that combines humanism, holistic theories, trauma-informed principles, and existentialism. I believe in putting the needs of my clients first, and am skilled in building rapport and working together with clients to build a firm foundation that allows us to dive deeper. I have experience working with a variety of medical conditions and mental health diagnoses, but primarily work with children and women with traumatic backgrounds. I strive to create an environment of safety, trust, and play to help cultivate and develop a client's strengths. I believe my client's are capable of "great things," and I aim to help them believe this about themselves.My master's capstone thesis was focused on exploring biraciality within the context of counseling and music therapy. In the future, I hope to do research that further explores this phenomenon.
