•Management of a team of 7 (4 business recruiters, graduate recruitment manager, grad coordinator and a team assistant.)•Lateral recruitment covering front, middle and back office recruitmentOversight of graduate and intern recruitment across Macquarie•Responsibility for all recruitment and hiring related issues for Macquarie’s Fixed Income Currencies Commodities team (FICC), Corporate & Asset Finance (CAF) and Funds Management Group (MFG)•Lateral recruitment for all levels from graduate to Executive Director utilising contingent and Search methodologies•Responsible for all elements of recruitment from role identification, preparing job descriptions/adverts, CV screening, interviewing, •Analysis and interpretation of psychometric assessments •Responsibility for developing sourcing strategies for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs etc•Manage the hire approval process – ensure all approvals are gathered and detailed in line with internal governance•Utilise and maintain recruiting reporting tools to provide relevant metrics•Maintenance and management of Macquarie’s terms of business•Review existing technology capabilities and ensure our recruitment system is used to its full potential•Developed attraction strategy to build organisational capability, focusing on cost effective solutions and innovative methods to attract top talent, including identification of new sourcing channels•Responsible for providing value-added analytics and providing strategic recruitment advice to senior management•Analyse feedback on trends to adjust resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection strategies. •Provide regular updates to the business on market trends and adjustments•Knowledge and understanding of FSA code and working within the parameters on remuneration and guarantees alongside our Compensation & Benefits team•Providing HR support and guidance to the business
