My mom always told me she thought I'd work in communications when I grew up. Her first clue might have been when I created and wrote a narrator position for myself in the second-grade holiday concert … Since then, I've made my professional home in the communications world. My expertise includes:• Driving results through clear communications• Providing counsel from the front line to the C-suite• Capturing people’s voices and helping them tell their stories.• Working with leaders at all levels of an organization• Untangling and simplifying complex challenges I also get great joy from jargon busting, love listening to business and leadership podcasts (check out “Dare to Lead,” if you haven't already), and want to be Brené Brown when I grow up.My highest-level goal is to be a compassionate leader who drives a sense of belonging, inspires team members to do their best work, and gets results together.
