I am an experienced Consultant & Coach to Teachers. As a results-oriented professional, I leverage my background in teaching and solid track record of supporting educators to develop teaching strategies that have a measurable improvement on student learning. My experience includes over 10 years’ experience supporting teachers and students across the US, with proven success in increasing standardized test scores for secondary students.In the past, I worked to collaborate with educators by developing teaching solutions and guided teachers in using the CLASS Framework (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) to reliably gather data, resulting in improved tracking and reporting of student progression. I also possess a demonstrated history of successfully developing and managing academic programs, content and course creation, and creating and implementing individual education plans. Personal and professional development are important to me. I am passionate about building on my diverse experience and making a greater impact through education leadership roles that will allow me to implement strategic top-down initiatives, which further academic performance and learning opportunities for teachers and students. To this end I have joined a virtual school staff this year as I work towards certification in Secondary Administration leadership.
