Lead the recruitment team for LeadAbroad, an innovative, purpose-driven organization focused on leading transformative experiences at home and abroad. Manage and motivate a team of student relationship managers to meet students where they are, online or on campus, and coach them through the study abroad process. We make the process easy and ensure students embark on an experience perfectly suited for them and designed to change their life.Grew student participation in our summer study abroad offerings from 437 students in summer 2016 to 710 students enrolled during summer 2019.Also contribute to LeadAbroad's growth by creating videos like these highlighted.
