I started working here with only experience in real estate. When I first started I was able to get tons of training and easily became very successful at leasing. Since my start date I’ve managed to keep the property above 95% occupancy rates. I answer phone calls, manage move in dates and times, walk apartments and manage around 10 tours a week.

Was hired as a server waiting tables of members and seasonal events. Then promoted to cart girl and private parties. Doing which provided me with a lot of bartending experience and managing larger groups of members on my own. I gained a lot of confidence in serving and I also can make a good martini!

I worked here as a part time server for some time. Throughout the process I gained a lot of knowledge with seafood and handling seasonal holidays which were high in volume. After serving for some time, I also took up bartending and became a trainer in both eras of work. I soon became a bartender who could take tables while making drinks and/or a server who had a strong section because I am very efficient with my time.
