-Key part of small strategic team that created ground breaking methodology for bringing awareness of the cost of office space to the University.-Execute space utilization studies that inform the Space Charge and provide guidance for improving efficiencies.-Create ‘test fits’ for various strategic space planning scenarios.-Act as a move/change management consultant to schools that are planning large moves.-Designed and created database application for use with Space Charge program and utilization studies. Application combines data from various sources and employs effective reporting tools and that include graphic representation of space data.

-Developed short and long term space strategies for campus, including building closures and consolidation of acquired companies, that were effective for the user groups and corporate real estate.-Designed/Maintained CAFM system: Designed and led development of graphical front end to Oracle’s Property Manager application for in-house and sales demo use.-Managed move department-Managed ergonomics department

- Provided space planning and design services to furniture dealerships and corporate clients.- Services included: Space planning, design, fabric/finish selection, furniture selection and specification, as-built drawings, project management, and furniture installation documentation

- Developed a new division of CRI that provided facilities management and consultation services to Silicon Valley companies. - Services included establishing furniture standards, stocking programs, CAD and architectural standards, move management, facility management procedures (including moves, adds and changes) and developing master plans.-Managed staff of design, project management and customer service experts. -Produced in-house software application to organize furniture order process.-Managed space planning, budgeting, furniture/finish selection, specifications, move coordination and time lines for multi-million dollar office furniture projects.-Managed the furniture installation phase of projects. Responsibilities included installation bid analysis, crew selection, logistics planning, coordination with other trades, and final client sign off.
