Co-lead ECS3022 Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development course. This course uses an immersive and applied approach to understanding social entrepreneurship and social enterprise. The final project is a social enterprise business plan addressing a social problem. We also explore case studies of real-world applications of social entrepreneurship to understand how these enterprises work and understand the challenges of designing, implementing and evaluating their impact.

Coordinated with the development and engineering team on custom specifications on internal platforms. Managed international social enterprise startup competition providing four entrepreneurs with $50,000 seed funding each in Nepal, Uganda, Haiti, and West Virginia. Served as intercultural liaison among all stakeholders, as social business consultant for proposal, plan, and launch stages, and as grant manager drafting contracts and tracking milestones. Co-led and helped develop curriculum for Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development course.

Restored organization by recruiting membership and leadership, restructured executive board to democratic process with cycle of mentorship, and reopened past and developed new funding streams, including grants and private donors.
