• Use ORACLE to aseptically manufacture commercial immunotherapy drug PROVENGE in accordance with SOP in a cleanroom environment. (Class 10,000/ISO7 and Class 100,000/ISO8).• Inspect, dispense and kept inventory of the materials used in the clean room with the help of LIMS• Execute validation protocols in cleanrooms using equipments such as centrifuge and Biosafety Cabinet• Maintain batch record in a clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements• Use good manufacturing practices and aseptic processing to produce clinical and commercial product using SOP• Collaborate with department in cross-functional teams and GMP-related project for problem resolution and troubleshooting.• Conduct environmental monitoring including plating of personnel and surface particle monitoring • Maintain 100% compliance with Plato and EH&S toolbox training.
