In addition to my responsibilities in Disability Services, I will provide direct oversight and implementation support for JVS’s 1:1 Career Coaching services for Jewish career seekers with and without disabilities.

In this role, I will lead the department’s 1:1 Career Coaching Services for clients in the Connections and Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission programs; support the department’s expansion by overseeing new staff onboarding and ongoing staff training; continue data management responsibilities by managing department-wide data collection, reporting, and billing practices in Salesforce and monthly billing for DDS and MRC in the state database system. Most importantly, I'll continue to work 1:1 with clients.
