•Responsible for managing annual NAFTA renewals for 2,000 plus clients including solicitation, review, validation, verification, updating systems, billing and recordkeeping.•Secured multiple Consulting contracts to provide clients with assistance with various topics including classification under the HTSUS, pipeline entries, Customs compliance, NAFTA Verifications, petitions for relief of seized merchandise, country of origin determinations, etc. •Created and delivered webinar on C-TPAT.

Responsible for day to day administration of the Client Service Team including development and appraisals; managing overall service delivery to clients; ensuring client relationships are maintained through proactive client contact and superior customer service and profitability of team as a business unit.
