Senior Technical Service Engineer
Current• Develop team annual/ quarterly working plan and ensure alignment with PaaS department direction, plan, and priorities. • Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists, ensuring their success and providing coaching and support. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical service team, including resource allocation and workload management.• Monitor team level key metrics achievement progress. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, procedures, and service delivery. • Handle escalated customer issues and complex technical inquiries, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.• Train new team members and continuously develop the skills and knowledge of existing team members. Provide necessary team coaching and support to drive results. • Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and tailored development plans to drive continuous improvement. Reports on self/team performance against plan and progress to department management team. • Collaborate effectively with team members to define and deliver technical solutions aligning with collective goals. • Forge close partnerships with other teams, including product management, customer support, and client managers, to align technology with overarching business objectives.
