I am Joanna, 31, well known in the gaming industry as Wanita.Recently, I took a role as Project Manager in a Marketing agency. I focus on Community Management, Social Media Management, and KOL/Creator managerial tasks.About the work I did:- I was a game caster of Mineski from 2012 to 2013. I did some internet café and mall event tournament shoutcasting of Dragon Nest. Notable events include Pinoy Gaming Festival, Cherry Convention, and MSI Beat It.- I was a Game Master of the FPS game "Crossfire" handled by Gameclub Philippines from 2016 to 2019. My tasks focused on Community Management, but I also handled Esports Management and Social Media Management. I did event hosting, tournament casting, and event facilitation on the side in internet cafés, mall events, and game conventions. I am well experienced in managing players and community members.- I worked in Sailson as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2024. My projects focused on Public Perception and Competitor reports, Community Management, Social Media Management, KOL handling, Content Creator Management & Recruitment, and processing Game Ratings. Majority of my experiences came from this company. I can multitask projects and have handled 6 projects at the same time, as my projects are mostly long term. I can communicate well in English as we have foreign teams, and have ideas on how to navigate and improve the process.I also offer FPS game casting services as a side hustle.
