Revamped department training by developing an evolving standard operating procedure manual for new and existing employees, creating better overall efficiency, standardization, and continuity for organization personnel. Supervise external collections (bankruptcies, judgments, settlements) while working with in-house and outside legal counsel. Serve as the high-level point of contact to resolve escalated issues with commercial tenants and vendors.

Managed all aspects of the company's largest portfolio (580,000+ sq. ft): Averaged 94% of monthly revenue collections, monitored critical dates (commencements, expirations, renewals), interpreted and drafted lease agreements/contracts, prepared timely annual reconciliations, delegated maintenance issues to responsible parties, and properly managed/resolved client disputes.

Recruited and managed a top performing sales team of 80+ members within 10 months of operations. Leveraged social media platforms to expand brand reach, attract new customers, and increase sales revenue through targeted campaigns, engaging content, and data-driven insights.
