We are committed to creating inclusive experiences for women to feel empowered and safe to try new things, meet new people and connect with our beautiful Canadian wilderness.After running an incredible group in New Brunswick for the past three years, GTFO is expanding to the Prairies.Our Mission: GTFO seeks to build confidence, capacity and community in women (and self-identifying women) through adventure.

Delivering workshops and presentations on social innovation and social entrepreneurship, including capacity building in social entrepreneurship and social innovation. Designed programming to engage the public around complex social issues, social entrepreneurship and ideation with the goal of increasing the number of impact venture startups in the Atlantic region.● Created and established B4C as one of the first Social Venture Accelerators in the region.● Responsible for the creation, implementation and design of the program and all branding and marketing materials.● Assisted in the growth and development of ​40+ impact ventures​​ over a period of 3 years, working with more than 57 social entrepreneurs throughout New Brunswick.● Increased capacity and business acumen through workshops, programming and mentorship around key learning objectives through our cohort-based model.● Building collaborative relationships with other organizations and experts in the province and beyond.
