  Full admin & coordination support of the People Engagement function in a generalist role covering all areas of the Employee lifecycle. Build trusted relationships with Goodstuffers at all levels to provide support and guidance, which includes working closely with Goodstarters and their line managers by acting as a coach, advising and supporting on cases as required, escalating to CPO and Senior PE Manager where necessary. Main contact for Goodstuffers’ queries on a range of policies and People related matters. Support the Senior PE Manager with the monthly update of payroll. Actively contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy across the Agency through ownership of the following key areas: • Employee Experience & Engagement (including designing surveys and analysis)• Onboarding/Offboarding (full management of the probation review process, including monthly catch-ups and supporting with exit interviews)• Wellbeing & Benefits• Employee Relations• Freelancers via Worksome• HR Admin, Reporting & Analytics• HRIS HiBob & ATS Team Tailor• L&D including Continuous Professional Development (CPD) log tracking and training in line with the IPA criteria along with delivering values-based & competency-based training to all entry-level hires. • Project Management including; coordinating and delivering bi-annual Wellbeing initiatives, Entry-Level (Goodstart) Recruitment & Training coordination, and scheduling in-house/external L&D activities.Member of the Inclusion Council working group, Mental Wellbeing maintenance group, Space, and Mental Health First Aider.
