This role was part of part of CTI EMEA Regional Shared Services, which was part of Regional Operations & Shared Services. I was responsible for managing;Controls Team, Business Continuity which included the Planning and Crisis Management Team as well as Data Centre testing, Vendor Management and Record Management.The priority for this position is to provide the leadership of all Vendor Management policies, processes and procedures across the EMEA region (50+ countries) ensuring that the appropriate management safeguard and controls are in place to protect Citigroup’s interests and customer assets and privacy. This is particularly important when a Vendor provides critical technology products and services.As well as providing the above activity, the Vendor Manager Head liaises with the Global Vendor Management functions to ensure consistent working practices and adherence to regulatory requirements as well as assistance to the Risk and Business Office in vendor management issues.The Vendor Manager provides management of vendor processes and standards in CTI EMEA countries working closely with TI Financial Control, Procurement, Functional Managers engaging in Vendor relationships and Senior Management Team to ensure CTI EMEA meets all financial and procurement requirements.

Regional Development Programme Manager (SVP)Joined the Strategic Programme Office in the Technology Infrastructure division as a Programme Manager running the Regional Development Plan.
