- performance evaluation and preparing reports of monoclonal antibodies according to the requirements of the In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Regulation 2017/746- review of technical documentation and test results of the in vitro diagnostic products such as flow cytometers or cell counters, as a part of product conformity assessments according to the requirements of the IVDR- generating DHF documentation, including but not limited to design verification and design validation- familiarization with the ISO13485, ISO9001 standards

- managing, coordinating and supervising the research team of 5 research assistants- preparing individual scientific reports and checking the reports prepared by team members- designing and executing laboratory experiments individually or with the team- contribution to the pre-clinical discovery of drug candidates- adherent and suspension mammalian cell lines maintenance - cells transfection (transient and stable), production of sensor cell lines- antibody expression and characterization (binding kinetics, cross-reactivity, specificity, affinity)- discovery of functional antibodies e.g. triggering internalization or activation of targets- coordination of immunization campaigns (in chickens, mice, rabbits, llamas etc.)

- isolation, maintenance and differentiation of primary cells; cells enrichment- process optimization from immunization to cell screening in order to improve quantity and quality of antigen specific cells- performing advanced cell-based methods and immunoassays with a focus on flow cytometry-based immunoassays (FACSAria, MACSQuant), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, enzyme-linked immunospot assays- new assays development, new targets discovery e.g. GPCRs- documentation of conducted research and preparation of reports

Principal Investigator in Laboratory for Immunology and Animal Biotechnology:- novel vaccine development from bench-to animal- project management, setting-up and monitoring preclinical trials- ability to work in a Biosafety level 3 (BSL-3) environment- animal experiment design, animal handling - experience in swine and avian animal models- people management, supervision of students and/or technical staff- presenting complex information effectively to a range of audiences- collaboration with other institutes and with pharmaceutical partners

- preventive and curative treatment methods development from bench-to animal - novel drug discovery- gathering, processing, and analyzing research data- writing study plans, reports, prepare SOP's- ability to work in a Biosafety level 2 (BSL-2) environment- experience in cattle, sheep and murine animal models- animal manipulation: handling, immunization, taking blood
