As VP, I am responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and programs for all four of our event venues: Le Chateau, Waterview, Riverview, and Candlewood Inn.

The Waterview is a modern, 44,000 sq ft event venue located on 13 private acres in rural Fairfield County, Connecticut. Purpose built for weddings and other private events in 2004, this venue hosts 300+ events annually.

As Director, I was responsible for the company's corporate event sales for our four Connecticut facilities: The Waterview, The Riverview, The Candlewood Inn & The Fox Hill Inn. In addition to business development and client management, I am also responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy.

Managed the development and implementation of marketing strategies for multimillion dollar human resources services company. Participated in overall company strategy development including: pricing strategies, strategic alliances, growth planning, P&L management, operational development/processes, new product development and product enhancements. Led public relations strategy including: securing speaking engagements for company CEO, drafting and releasing monthly press releases, coordinating PR coverage for all nonprofit/charity sponsorships, ensuring company participation in key industry awards and lists, submitting articles and case studies for publication in trade magazines.
