At the British Bankers’ Association she led a team that was wholly focused on delivering events that were well researched and developed to meet members’ specific educational needs. She also led the event sponsorship strategy for the team, working with new and exisiting commercial partners to significantly increase commercial revenue, resulting in substantial growth of the event portfolio.Jo is highly commercial by nature, with the organisation's financial objectives always top of mind.
