The Imex Group deliver two large-scale exhibitions (Imex America, and Imex in Frankfurt) for international event planners that book and organise worldwide meetings, events and incentive travel programmes. Given her association background and content production experience, Jo was brought in to work alongside the IMEX team to develop a range educational content that supports the main show in Frankfurt including Association Focus (an education programme designed for association event planners and leaders), and Exclusively Corporate (designed for in-house corporate event planners). She also contributed to the wider show floor education planning.

Projects included delivering the programme for Associations Congress UK 2015, a multi-streamed conference covering topics including membership recruitment and retention strategy, event strategy, digital content delivery, and senior management and governance issues. This congress was cited as having the strongest programme and best speakers yet, and also attracted the highest level of attendance they had ever had.
