As a producer, post-producer and production manager with 20+ years experience focused on direct response marketing, commercials, trade videos and live events, my favorite parts of my work are these: having a great team, following a project from beginning to end, and the huge diversity of products and people I get to work with.It is often my responsibility to drive projects from pre-production through post, whether that’s from my home office or on-site. Bottom line, I wear a lot of hats. Managing budgets of up to $350K, I have been responsible for hiring, training, and managing crew, developing production timelines, booking and managing filming locations (sound stages and on location), booking domestic and international travel, transportation, and acting as talent and audience liaison. Oh yes, and the paperwork. It is my responsibility to make sure paperwork is filled out, delivered to the appropriate entity, and filed in a way that it can be easily found again if needed. Honestly, I love the details. At Guthy-Renker/Lieberman, I was part of the team producing marketing content for products including ProActiv, Cindy Crawford’s Meaningful Beauty, and personal development trainings with Tony Robbins. As a Localization Producer and Coordinator for Core Studios, I worked with Apple to ensure their internal employee videos connected with international employees. To accomplish this, I managed the work of linguists in 17 languages. Additionally, at Core, I managed internal budgets of $250K-$350K and sourced freelancers to fill positions on client projects. I lead using a cooperative approach, active listening, and a commitment that everyone on the team feels valued using integrity as my cornerstone.
