I work with nonprofits on focused projects that help them strengthen their operations and infrastructure. Projects focus on strategic coordination, and include advocacy, marketing, events, database evaluation and implementation, and planning. Recently streamlined event management for Ann's Place through evaluation and implementation of new technology.

Managed the evaluation and administration of multiple arts grant programs, including:• Recruited a panel of skilled experts to participate in full day grant review program on Zoom• Guided applicants through the process, which was substantially revised due to the COVID-19 pandemic• Reinvented the panel process for an online Zoom format• Recommended organizations and amounts to the Grants Committee and Board of Directors for approval

Built successful nonprofit from the ground up, including strategy, program development, and marketing.• Grew membership from 38 to 160+ organizations• Developed a diverse training and networking program with 28+ events engaging 600+ people annually• Created strategic partnerships with funders, academic institutions, businesses and government leaders• Commissioned and publicized report on the significant economic impact of nonprofits in Westchester• Formed an alliance of ten coalitions representing 600 nonprofits that increased county government funding

Provided volunteer program management, marketing and development support for nonprofits. Primary client was the Brieant Youth Center (now known as the Brieant Youth Alliance.)

Overall leadership of nonprofit organization engaging over 18,000 volunteers at more than 500 nonprofits in Westchester and Putnam. Instrumental in organization's receipt of the Governor's inaugural ROSE Award as a model volunteer center. Notable accomplishments include: • Increased number of volunteers connected to opportunities from 2,000 to over 18,0000• Spearheaded strategic planning process and implemented five-year plan, achieving goals two years ahead of schedule • Initiated corporate services division to tap private sector interest in volunteerism, grossing $100,000 in the first year• Maintained and enhanced relationships with funders, including foundation and government grantors• Directed multi-media marketing and publicity campaigns to engage older adult volunteers• Reengaged board members through specialized committee initiatives
