My personal mission was to facilitate conversations on podcast production and help these socially innovative brands promote their causes through this medium.

I also managed their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and wrote blog pieces for their website and marketing outreach in the community on their behalf. My social media work results in a number of leads coming into KTM Architect via phone and email. Approximately 7 email leads a week.I took 360 photos and videos of completed projects for promotional purposes. I also edited slideshow videos of finished products to be showcased on the Facebook Page. I increased the visibility of these slideshows by implementing at Facebook Ad campaign. These videos receive over 2,000 interactions and increase the likes on the page. I also produced a podcast called Sound Off Westchester for the KTM brand. The show launched in September 2018.

I recruited over 200 actors for The Bates Motel and Haunted Hayride, and handled the interview process, training and directing, and managing of the cast. I acted as the main liaison between the cast and the owner of The Bates Motel and Haunted Hayride, Randy Bates. I created and maintained a database for cast information and scheduling of the entire cast, and managed the communication to the cast regarding employment applications, training programs, and job assignments.I instituted a “costume shed” to provide wardrobe easily accessible to the cast, and a spacious organized place for makeup artists. I also created a new Employment Application to aid in successfully placing actors into appropriate scenes, and keep comprehensive personnel records of all cast members.I developed and delivered a training program and seminars for actors to instruct them on methods and techniques of haunt acting. I also implemented a mandatory dress rehearsal period for the entire cast to ensure a smooth operation process, and sufficient opening preparation. I established attendance-tracking systems to record lateness and absenteeism of actors, and rearranged actors and assigns back up actors when necessary.

While with The Thanksgiving Day Parade, I recruited volunteers through mailings, phone calls, and e-mails. I participated in transporting and placing costumes and props used for the parade. I recruited an exclusive team to inflate the balloons used in the parade. I oversaw the organization and placing of volunteers the day of the parade, and organized and cleaning the costumes used for the volunteers in the parade.

While at LaSalle University, I created the concept and Produced the television show Lampoonery News. This show was broadcasted to over 30,000 homes in the Philadelphia Area. Lampoonery News was LaSalle 56’s very own “fake news” program consisting of in studio news reports, green screen field reporting, and recorded and edited segments.I hosted, wrote, edited, shot, and organized the overall production of Lampoonery News, which won the 56ie winner of “Most Fans”.

As an Intern assigned to work with production teams of WPVI television programs Visions, Fast Forward, Prime Time Weekend, and special events including: Philly on Wheels ’06 (The Auto Show), The Philadelphia Flower Show, and Best of the Class I wrote and produced an episode of Youth Perspective- a talk show with teen panelists speaking on current events. I researched stories, transcribed segment footage, and introduced new production ideas and music selections for assigned shows.I scouted prospective guests and participated in interview process to identify appropriateness for show’s audience.
